Tag 1

Um 8:00 Uhr - Abholung vom Host-Hotel Holiday Inn Express San Diego, Kalifornien - Altstadt. Abholung von 8.30 bis 8.45 Uhr im Hotel Palacio Azteca in Tijuana. Die Gäste kommen gegen 11:30 Uhr in Ensenada, Mexiko an und steigen dann um 12:00 Uhr ein. Sicherheitseinweisung, um sich mit den Haikäfigen vertraut zu machen. Es gibt 3 Oberflächenkäfige: Jeder nimmt 4 Gäste auf und die Gäste drehen sich alle 45 Minuten ein und aus. Ein Tauchkäfig, der 4 Gäste aufnimmt und alle 30 Minuten ein- und ausfährt. Sobald das Käfigtauchen für die Nacht geschlossen ist, können die Gäste vor dem Abendessen die wunderschönen Sonnenuntergänge und die Cocktailstunde auf dem Sonnendeck genießen.

    If you are making your own way to the Socorro Aggressor, the yacht is docked at: Cruise Port Marina in Ensenada, Blvd. Tte. José Azueta No. 224, Int Recinto Portuario, C.P. 22800, Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico. It is imperative that the Aggressor Adventures Reservations Office has been notified of your plans to confirm the transfer from one of the host hotels.

    Airport transfer is not included. You'll need to make your own way to one of the host hotels or your local hotel where you chosen to stay.

    Guests will be met at the host hotels and transferred to the Socorro Aggressor in Ensenada, Mexico.

    You can check in on the boat as of 11:30 the boat departs Ensenada at around 12:00 on the same day.

    FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

    Host Hotels /Transfers / Arrival / Boarding / Departure

    Guests will arrive the day before the charter start date and its recommended to overnight at either one of the host hotels listed below. The following morning, the charter start date, guests will be met and transferred to the Socorro Aggressor in Ensenada, Mexico. For guests who are wanting the transfer but staying at another hotel, you will need to make your own way to meet in the lobby for the transfer. All guests who are taking the transfer must make a reservation with your agent or Aggressor Adventures for the transfer.

    Upon arrival in Ensenada, Mexico at 11:30 am, guests will board at 12 pm. Once everyone is settled, the yacht will depart to Guadalupe Island. If you are making your own way to the Socorro Aggressor, the yacht is docked at Cruise Port Marina in Ensenada, Blvd. Tte. José Azueta No. 224, Int Recinto Portuario, C.P. 22800, Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico

    Transfers: Transfers from the airport to the host hotels are not included in your charter price. Transportation from the host hotels to the yacht, and return back to the host hotels and the San Diego International Airport is included in the price of your trip on the charter start/end days.

    If you are not staying at one of the host hotels, you will need to make your own way to a host hotel prior to the pick-up times. It is imperative that the Aggressor Adventures Reservations Office has been notified of your plans to confirm the transfer from one of the host hotels.

    Passport / Documentation

    Visitors must have a current passport, adequate funds to support themselves, and a return airline ticket. Travelers must have a passport that is valid for 6 months from date of entry. It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have the proper documentation to travel into each country on his or her itinerary as well as for reentry and return to their country. Please check with the appropriate consulate to ensure you have the proper documentation. Always check your passport and visa requirements.

    US citizens may go to the US Department of State website at for more information. The website also has information for consulates by country to assist with requirements. There are special requirements for children leaving the US and many countries have adopted requirements for the protection of children. Since regulations vary by country, contact your consulate or embassy of your country for the requirement. The Reservation Office and staff cannot assume responsibility for passengers not having correct documentation.

    Transfer from international airport to the host hotel

    Guest Information Sistem (GIS)

    The Reservations Office and the Socorro Aggressor require each guest to completethe Guest Information System (GIS) and Waiver prior to departure and boarding. The GIS allows guests to interactively complete all required paperwork that includes the application/waiver, special requests and travel information. If you haven’t received a link to access the GIS, please contact an Aggressor agent. Passengers who fail to complete the GIS prior to boarding will be denied boarding

    Insurance

    We strongly recommend each guest purchase comprehensive accident, medical, baggage and trip cancellation and interruption insurance when space is reserved. Trip insurance will protect you from financial disappointment if you are prevented from making your scheduled trip due to illness or family illness, or in the event that unforeseen circumstances prevent the airline or yacht from making its scheduled trip.     Voltage Aboard The Yacht

    The voltage aboard the yacht is 220V and the plug sockets around the boat will accept American plugs. See below for an example of the outlet onboard. You should bring a voltage adaptor on a power strip if you can. Most electrical devices are either 110 or 220 volts (look on your cable on the charger that plugs into the wall to verify).

    Diving

    The staff of the Socorro Aggressor, with their unique combination of talents, offers the ultimate service. While onboard, you may pick a buddy of your choice, or dive with one of the crewmembers. Night diving is not allowed by the Marine Park regulations. The park also requires that dive lights are attached to the cameras. In between dives, you may relax with a cold (non-alcoholic) drink and midmorning/mid-afternoon snack. It is mandatory to have with you a travel and dive insurance policy that includes all expenses for evacuation, treatment etc. should you need it. Remember that the diving areas at Revillagigedo Islands require certain experience particularly in regards of buoyancy control. It is mandatory to bring with you a safety device such as an inflatable sausage.

    Drones

    Devices for photo and video are allowed with some restrictions in the National Park. It is important to stay clear of cliffs and areas where sea gulls can be heard. The fly zone is up to 1000 feet around the boat; it is restricted airspace (no fly) above any of the islands and the Mexican Navy base at Socorro Island and around the air strip and the minimum height above whales is 36 feet approaching from behind without flying over their eyes.

    Itinerary

    This itinerary is a sample only and featured dive sites may vary or the sequence may change.

    Day 1

    At 8:00 - pick up from the host hotel, Holiday Inn Express San Diego, California - Old Town. At 8.30 - 8.45 am, pick up from the hotel Palacio Azteca in Tijuana. Guests will arrive in Ensenada, Mexico at approximate 11:30, then board at 12:00. Safety Briefing to get familiar with the shark cages. Unlimited diving is provided when using the surface cages and at least three dives to those using the submersible cages. Crew Introduction, Necessary Dive Paperwork, Cabin allocation and ship orientation will take place before departing the Harbor. During the journey to our first dive site for a check dive, please take this opportunity to familiarize yourselves with the vessel and make yourself comfortable.

    Day 2 > Day 3

    8:00 - 17:00 - Cage diving. Guests rotate in and out of the shark cages. The 4-night Guadalupe itinerary provides an adventure experience to shark seekers who enter surface or submersible cages to see great whites up close and personal. The yacht stays here for 3 dive days where guests will rotate entering the cages every hour while seeing several sharks during each dive. Unlimited diving is provided when using the surface cages and at least three dives to those using the submersible cages. All dives in the shark cages are attached to the mothership and use a surface supplied air source or hookah. A dive tender is available for shore excursions. There are 3 surface cages: each take 4 guests and guests rotate in and out every 45 minutes. One submersible cage that takes 4 guests and rotates in and out every 30 minutes. Once cage diving closes for the night, guests will enjoy the beautiful sunsets and cocktail hour on the sundeck before dinner.

    Day 4

    8:00 - 13:30 - Cage diving, departure to Ensenada, Mexico.

    Day 5

    12:00 - (weather permitting) Check out. Departure to Tijuana and San Diego host hotels then the San Diego International Airport. It is highly recommended to book a late return flight that evening due to possible delays at the Mexican border.
