1. Register Live Aboard
Click on the link “Dive Center/Live-aboard/Dive resort” in the footer of our pages. A small form will open. Put in your name, e-mail, live aboard website and the user name, that you would like to use with your account.
2. Add Liveaboard content
Click on the link “Add new live aboard”. Forms will be generating enabling you to enter all detailed information about your live aboard, vessel, image gallery, season time and season discounts, equipment rentals, payment and cancellation terms for your guests.
At the end; click on check-box “Activate/Publish Live Aboard”.
Note: rename your images with some meaningful text, because those names will be shown in galleries.
When you activate Live aboard, a new links “Cabins” will be generated. Click on the link “Add new cabin” and fill up the forms.
4. Dive Sites (optional)
Click on the link “Add new dive site” and fill up the forms. If your dive site presentation is supported by image gallery, tagged images, videos, information on the marine life found there and detailed description, our search engine will place your Liveaboard higher in search results.
5. Dive Courses (optional)
Click on the link “Add new dive course” and fill up the forms.
6. Dive Cruises
Before you start adding dive cruises be sure that you previously add all cabin types! Click on the link “Add new dive cruise”. Fill up the description forms, set the departure/return GPS position. Setting up itinerary will be very easy and quick if all dive sites were preciously set up. With check-boxes select what is included/not included/extra charge. Now you will have to set up default cabin prices for this tour. Those prices are used with conjunction of season discount policy for automatic price generation – thus avoiding you a lot of extra work when you come to the time table section. Image gallery will be generated based on dive sites, whose visits are included in this cruise!
Time table/Cabin type and availability/Prices/Discounts
If cabins, season times and default cabin prices are set up correctly, those tables can be filled up with hundreds of entries within few minutes. Applications which will help you are easy to use and no explanation is needed.
Click on check-box “Activate/Publish Dive Cruise”.
7. Recommended Hotels (optional)
Click on the link “Add new recommended hotel” and fill up the forms.
Note: It is not safe for divers to take a flight back home within the first 18-24 hours after diving! We also suggest divers to arrive one day earlier (in case of connected flight delays or baggage loss).
8. Receiving bookings
When booking is generated by website visitors you get an e-mail message with a link to the booking specification. You will be required to either confirm or reject the Booking request within the next 24 hours, otherwise the Booking request will automatically expire.
9. Commission payment
Invoices for Commissions are processed on a monthly basis and sent to you via e-mail. Invoices include bookings in a calendar month that contain the departure date of the Diver (save for free cancellations made through ScubaDiveMaps™).
