2. Start to add new Liveaboard

You will get to the Dashboard page. On this page you can manage all your bookings, view all posts within Quick Links tab and view recommendations to improve your presentation. Everything you need is here!

Add new Liveaboard

Open Quick Links tab and click the button Add Liveaboard, marked with the RED dot.

Liveaboard is already added

Click the button labeled with Add content to the Liveaboard or with Edit “liveaboard name”, marked with the RED dot.

3. Liveaboard Edit page

Now you are redirected to Liveaboard edit page. Within this page you will find all settings to properly setup your Liveaboard.

3.1 Basic liveaboard info

Follow RED dot markers:

Add dive liveaboard name, address, city, select country, reservation mail and phone, select languages spoken at your liveaboard, upload featured image … at the end click on Save button

Possible Errors

If there are errors or missing info, all those instances will be indicated with message in light red box with red text, input forms will be marked with red color.

No Errors

If there are no errors and no missing data click on the link “Save and continue to Boat Description“.

3.2 Boat info

Now you should add boat description and with check-boxes select boat features and services, food & drink served, boat specifications and boat navigation and safety… and at the end click on the Save button.

If there are no errors and no missing data click on the link “Save and continue to set Port GPS position“.

3.3 Port GPS location

Click the Satellite button on Google map and move the red pointer (marked with RED dot 1) to the exact location. You can help yourself with + and and Satellite buttons on Google map (marked with GREEN dots), to navigate to the exact location.
Click the Save button (marked with RED dot 2)

3.4 Images and Video

Upload images for liveaboard gallery. Images can be any orientation, minimum resolution of 480px X 320px, however higher resolution images are welcome.
To generate video-gallery you should copy/paste share links from YouTube or Vimeo.

Optional – if equipment rental at your liveaboard is not available, you can skip this section.

When you select checkbox (marked with RED dot) and click the Save button, liveaboard becomes active and published!
